By opting into the Clique Cabana mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., curated collection updates, cart reminders, and seasonal promotions) at the phone number provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

2. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out, text STOP to [Insert Your Business Phone Number] or reply STOP to any mobile message we send. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

By using this Site and/or opting into our mobile program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
